摘要
为了将抗盐压力基因从红树林植物中脱离出来，组建了一个红海榄根的互补DNA库，并用基于聚合酶链反应（PRC）的抑制消减杂交法（SSH）来帅选压力相关的基因。红树幼苗在两种条件下生长了8个月：一种是让其接触含盐量为3%的水，另一种是让其接触淡水。将接触含3%盐水的幼苗的互补DNA用作检验品，将接触淡水的幼芽用作驱动品。我们从SSH库中隔离出240个（DNA）并用正调节表现度序列标签作了标注。在这些正调节表达序列标签中，对48个独特克隆作了推定识别，并将其归入10个功能类别，如细胞救援与防护，次级代谢，蛋白质合成，新陈代谢等。从各类别选出15个基因，用实时逆转录酶-聚合酶链反应（RT-PCR）对其活跃度进行研究。记录结果确定这15个基因中的13个的活跃程度有了显著提高，这说明这些基因对此种植物的耐盐性起了作用。在它们中间，首次从红树植物中识别出了参与类异戊二烯生物合成的两个转录因子及多个基因具有耐盐性。论述了将红树植物长期接触盐压力的情况下这些基因活跃度提高在生理学上的意义。
