什么样的学术论文才算是有效发表?
首先这个学术发表的作用是什么,评职称,做课题结题专等。作用不同其实要属求也不太一样,有些地区有专门的自己的期刊目录,需要对应目录里面的才算有效的。
其次如果没有特殊要求,文章方面肯定要保证原创,引用率不能高于30%,文章有一定的研究价值,专业性,指导性。
期刊方面:要双刊号齐全(ISSN和CN),国家新闻出版总署可检索,正规数据库检索。
