基本功能要求：可以以學生和管理員身份進入選課系統。要求所有人進入系統時需要輸入賬號和密碼。管理員添加學生時是按學生學號作為賬號和密碼的，如果管理員沒有添加學生賬號則該學生不能進入系統，而學生只能修改密碼但不可以修改賬號。以學生身份進入系統可以查找、選擇、修改和刪除課程，也可以修改自身的登陸密碼。以管理員身份進入系統可以建立、查找、添加、刪除和修改系統課程和學生信息。學生的基本信息包括賬號和密碼，及其選修課程即可。課程信息為代碼，名稱，教師，時間，教室，學分。要求學生不能選擇時間沖突的課程，而且學分不得高於該學期最高學分也不得低於該學期最低應修學各個大學都會有的
