2：學報有兩種，一種是學術刊物，一種是學校官方介紹學校方方面報道的報紙，簡稱學報。

兩者區別很大，容易被非學術人士誤解。很多回答不夠簡明，通俗地說：專

a. 期刊論文（屬Journal paper）：需要同行評審（peer review），通過率低，重要性較高。

b. 會議論文（Conference paper）：不需要評審，通過率高，重要性較低。

一般來說：

• SCI、EI等論文，都是指期刊論文。

• 在國內外一流高等學府，獲得博士學位、高校職稱評定、學術聲望等，主要都是依據期刊論文的數量及質量。

• 許多博士學生無法順利取得博士學位、中退肄業，主要原因都是期刊論文的數量不足。
